Warranty Service:

Motianshou fully complies with the "Regulations on the Responsibility for Repair, Replacement and Return of Microcomputer Products" jointly issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of Information Industry.

The following situations are not covered by warranty service:

1. Failure to produce a valid product warranty certificate: or the original serial number label of the product has been altered, replaced, or torn, or the product has no serial number, or the product model or number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.

2. The product exceeds the warranty period specified by Ferris Hand Company.

3. Failures and damages caused by failure to use, maintain, or store the computer in accordance with the product manual or the computer working environment specified in the manual.

4. Failure or damage caused by repair, modification or disassembly of the product by maintenance personnel not authorized by Ferris Hand.

5. Malfunction or damage caused by using pirated software or virus infection.

6. Damage caused by accidents or other force majeure.

Services beyond the products promised by the sales staff and additional configurations and gifts are not covered by this warranty.

Any regulations not listed here shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant laws on consumer rights protection. The right to interpret the regulations belongs to Skyscraper Company, which reserves the right to change and revise them.

Subject to relevant laws and regulations, the company reserves the right of final interpretation of these regulations.
